At A Better Way Massage, our mission is to improve and inspire the health and wellness of our community through massage therapy and education. We were established in 2014 by Crystal Farlow, LMT, Owner, with the desire to offer more to Columbia County and beyond. Since our foundation, we have formed working professional relationships with doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, physical therapists, and many more. Improving and inspiring our community to health and wellness takes a village, and we work closely with healthcare practitioners to treat clients as holistically as possible.

Services
We accept various insurances including MVA, WC, Regence, Providence, and others. Please check with our office to see if we accept your insurance. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are open by appointment only on Saturday and Sunday. Later appointments may be available Monday-Friday.
