Our Services

Our massage therapy services include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, NeuroKinetic Therapy, and Sports Massage. Our licensed therapist, Shelly, has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and is dedicated to providing personalized care and attention to each client.

Our Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy is designed to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. This therapy is beneficial for faster recovery from injury, boosting the immune system, reducing swelling from edema, and strengthening resistance to illness.

Our NeuroKinetic Therapy uses manual muscle testing to assess and correct dysfunctions within the muscles, fascia, tendons, and/or ligaments as they are governed by the motor control center of the brain. This therapy is effective in treating movement problems caused by injury, repetitive strain, and postural imbalances.
