Claudia's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Bastyr University in 2013. She then became an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and a Senior Fitness Specialist. Her expertise spans a wide range of techniques and modalities, allowing her to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs. Claudia's commitment to ongoing education ensures that her clients receive the most effective and up-to-date care possible.
