Services
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeted pressure techniques address chronic muscle tension and pain points. Combining sports therapy principles with trigger point work, this treatment improves circulation and range of motion. Ideal for athletes and active individuals seeking injury prevention and recovery.
La Stone Therapy
Hot basalt and cold marble stones create therapeutic temperature contrasts. This technique enhances blood flow while promoting deep relaxation. The alternating heat and cold stimulate cellular healing and detoxification processes throughout the body.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Precision work on trigger points and nerve pathways alleviates pain patterns. This science-based approach addresses postural imbalances and repetitive strain injuries. Sessions include client education for maintaining results between treatments.
Sports Massage
Performance-focused treatments enhance athletic capabilities and recovery. Pre-event sessions prepare muscles for activity while post-event work reduces inflammation. Customized stretching protocols improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
Prenatal Massage
Gentle techniques address pregnancy-related discomforts. Side-lying positioning ensures comfort while reducing swelling and back pain. Specialized care supports the changing needs of expectant mothers throughout all trimesters.
