Policies
At Balance Massage and Wellness, we understand that unanticipated events happen, and we are committed to being fair and flexible with our policies. We require 24 hours' notice for cancelations or rescheduling of appointments. If an appointment is canceled without at least 24 hours' notice, we will charge the full price of the service. We also have a no-show policy, where clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged the full price of the service. We believe these policies are necessary to respect the time and expertise of our therapists and our clients.
