Our therapist, Jay Worthey, LMT, has earned certifications in multiple modalities and has many years of experience in the massage therapy profession. Jay has a passion for helping people manage stress, eliminate pain, and maintain optimal health. Jay has successfully treated soft tissue injuries, chronic pain patterns, back/neck issues, and more advanced conditions like Sacral Iliac joint problems, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder and TMJ. Jay's unique approach combines the best of Western and Chinese Medicine, offering a very unique and successful modality that blends the best of both worlds.

Disappointing Experience
