Swedish Massage
This foundational technique uses light to medium pressure to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Ideal for stress reduction, it promotes overall relaxation through long, flowing strokes. Clients receive personalized attention to pressure preferences and specific areas of concern.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this therapy addresses chronic pain and posture issues. Therapists use focused pressure on trigger points to release tension and improve mobility. Recommended for clients with specific musculoskeletal concerns or persistent discomfort.
Pregnancy Massage
Specially adapted for expectant mothers, this treatment eases pregnancy-related discomforts using gentle techniques. Therapists employ strategic pillow placement for comfort while addressing back pain, swelling, and circulation issues through light to medium pressure.
Hot Stone Therapy
Combining heated stones with manual techniques, this service melts away tension through deep heat penetration. The therapy improves circulation while providing both physical and mental relaxation benefits through alternating hot and cold applications.
Chair Massage
Portable seated sessions deliver quick stress relief through clothing without oils. Ideal for workplace wellness, these 10-20 minute sessions target neck, shoulder, and back tension while maintaining professional attire integrity.
