Here, you can experience the traditional healing power of the Finnish sauna, coupled with the soothing warmth of our deep hot tub. Our cozy sauna house features buttery smooth cedar benches, a refreshing cold shower for rapid cooldown, and a water bucket to create a comforting cloud of steam. Whether you prefer a dry sauna at 170°F to 180°F or enjoy a steamy session at 200°F for seasoned sauna enthusiasts, our temperatures are customizable to your comfort level. Afterward, step outside onto our terrace, draped in a vine-covered arbor, and ease into the inviting warmth of our deep hot tub. In winter months, a unique treat awaits: roll directly from the hot tub into the freshly fallen snow for a truly invigorating experience.

At Riverview Sauna Spa & Massage, we believe in holistic well-being. Our certified massage therapists, Darcy and Ray, trained at the respected Downeast School of Massage, masterfully blend deep tissue massage techniques with classic Swedish massage methods. Our goal is to deeply release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation.

We offer a variety of packages to meet your individual needs and preferences:

• Sauna & Hot Tub: Indulge in the pure pleasure of alternating between the sauna's invigorating heat and the soothing embrace of the hot tub. Enjoy a peaceful 75- or 90-minute session in this idyllic setting.

• Massage Options: Our thoughtfully designed massage services cater to your specific needs. Choose from a relaxing 30-minute or a more in-depth 60-minute deep tissue massage tailored to target your areas of tension.

• Combined Experiences: Enhance your experience by pairing your sauna and hot tub session with a massage. We offer various combinations, allowing you to curate the perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Our popular "Signature Package" includes a 60-minute massage, followed by a 60-minute session in the sauna and hot tub.

Catering to Groups

We welcome you to bring along a select group of friends, creating a shared experience of warmth and togetherness, with a maximum capacity of six guests at a time. Kindly note that groups of four or more receive a discounted rate per person.
